If you’re really looking for experience, I don’t think it’s Mr. Jenkins. To me, experience isn’t about age, it’s about putting in real work and actually doing the job. From what I can see, that’s not what we’re getting here. And have you asked why Bill Coons hasn’t endorsed him? That seems like a red flag to me. If your own former boss won’t stand behind you, that says a lot, and voters should pay attention to that.

It’s also worth mentioning that some of the “experience” being claimed includes time spent working in the airline industry, which isn’t related to this job. The “20 years of experience” claim doesn’t add up, a quick search online makes that clear.

And honestly, I wasn’t inspired to vote for someone at the Grange who said they ran for this position because they were bored. Well, great, I’m bored with being overtaxed. Who’s with me?
