Gingerbread house kits at the library

In collaboration with Tsuga Gallery and the annual Tree Lighting and Lighted Parade event, the Cathlamet Public Library will be providing gingerbread house kits for children to build and decorate for display at the library and various businesses in town. The gingerbread house kits will be available at the library Saturday, November 22nd during open hours.

And a big Thank you to the Library Foundation group, who when hearing the need for purchase of these kits, stepped-forward and provided 40 gingerbread house kits to the library. Their quick support made it possible for children to enjoy this holiday craft activity.

Then after you’ve built your gingerbread house, bring it to the Pioneer Community Center lower room on Saturday, November 29, from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. for final decorating and display at the library or businesses in town.
