As Clatskanie area residents head off to trade schools, community colleges, and universities this fall, many of them will be assisted in meeting their expenses with Clatskanie Foundation scholarships. Almost 60 years after the Wauna Mill's No. 1 paper machine went on-line, Georgia-Pacific celebrated the groundbreaking of the new $150 million project to rebuild and modernize it on Wednesday, June 25.
