To The Eagle: Heritage area??? Be very cautious in anything called special planning area, heritage area, etc. What it does is eventually form another layer of bureaucracy in the use of your property. Example: Apply for building permit with county. County determines it could be in heritage area, then it goes to that board who then takes years for that board to decide if it is in the heritage area or will have impact on same. Patricia Jean Enge, 81, quickly and painlessly passed away in Edmonds, March 30, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. Pat was born and raised in Buffalo, N.Y. on November 21, 1928 to Leo and Melva Robinson. She graduated high school in 1946. Pat left home during the Korean War to join the U.S. Navy in 1950. We are still collecting items this week for the April 10-11 4-H and Fair Rummage Sale. The tables in the youth building at the fairgrounds are getting covered with good, useable items.
