The day after Christmas in 2016 Howard and Judy Brawn's Misty Rivers Valley Girl delivered a litter of four puppies. The Clatsop County Cultural Coalition made dreams come true this month for local nonprofits during their annual awards ceremony at Clatsop Community College in Astoria.
