    The Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission is scheduled to take action on proposed changes to state hunting rules for deer, elk, waterfowl and other game species during a public meeting April 14-15 in Spokane.     OFF AND ON--Last Friday was a gorgeous day and some folks were even enjoying a nice Saturday right from the start, but for those of us here in Skamokawa, it began as a cool, drippy, cloudy and well, not all that great of a beginning. On April 14 the fair board will hold its Easter Bingo at the J.A. Wendt Elementary School multi-purpose room starting at 6 p.m. On April 22 the fairgrounds will be host to the 4-H Super Saturday.
