Deborah L. Davis Cannaday

 


Deborah (Deby) Lyn Davis Cannaday, 58, died at her home in Bonney Lake, Washington on July 24, 2010.

She was born February 13, 1952 in Longview to Roger and Carol Davis. After graduating from Mark Morris High School, Deby lived in Long Beach, Cathlamet and Bonney Lake. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and growing strawberries at her home in Bonney Lake, and enjoyed her family and friends.

Deby was preceded in death by her mother, Carol J. Davis; her brother Alan N. Davis and her niece Harmony J. Caliman. She is survived by her father Roger N. Davis of Cathlamet, sister Jan Caliman of Cathlamet, son Pride Cannaday of Convington, Washington, daughters Onya Whittle of Cathlamet and Adele Whittle of Olympia, granddaughter Delaney Whittle of Olympia, nephew Roger Caliman of Kansas City, Missouri, and long time companion Michael McAllen of Bonney Lake.

Cremation took place at Edward's Memorial Center in University Place, Washington. There will be a celebration of life service on July 31, 2010 at 2205 Mt. Brynion, Kelso at 3 p.m. There will be a potluck following the memorial in Kelso. Memorial contributions may be made in Deborah Cannaday's name to Community Home Health & Hospice, P.O. Box 2067, Longview, WA 98632.
