Call For Bids

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for body repair and painting of (1) AM General 6x6 Chassis, as more particularly described in the District's detailed specifications, will be received by the Board of Commissioners of Wahkiakum County Fire Protection District No. 4, at their office, 13 Boege Road, PO Box 766, Cathlamet, Washington 98612, until the hour of 5 P.M., local time, on Thursday, February 24th, 2011, and thereafter shall be opened and read. Late bids will not be considered and will be returned to the vendor unopened.

 Bidders are advised to carefully review the District's specifications. Complete specifications may be obtained from Fire Chief Dan W. Cothren, telephone: (360) 957-7481.

 The Board of Commissioners of Wahkiakum County Fire Protection District No. 4 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities in the bidding, and to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder. All bids submitted shall include date of delivery. Material differences in time of delivery may be considered by the District in determining the lowest and best bid.
