APPLICATION FOR SHORELINE

DEVELOPMENT,

CONDITIONAL USE, OR VARIANCE

PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products, LP, Who is applicant of the below described property has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development/Conditional Use Permit for the development of: two new mooring dolphins for wood chip barges. Located at River Mile 41 of the Columbia River; south side of Coffee Pot Island in Cathlamet, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said development is proposed to be within Columbia River and/or the associated wetlands. Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice which is September 29, 2011.

Written comments must be received by October 29, 2011.

A Determination of Non-Significance has been issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-340, any comments should be directed to the Wahkiakum County Building and Planning Department, P.O. Box 97, Cathlamet, WA 98612, Within 14 days.

Written comments on the SEPA DNS must be submitted by October 4, 2011.
