JUDGMENT SALE
Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order of Default, Judgment of Foreclosure, and Order of Sale of the Superior Court of the County of Wahkiakum, State of Washington, duly issued by the Court, entered the 7th day of November, 2011, in proceedings for the foreclosure of tax liens upon real property, as per provisions of law, I shall, on the 9th day of December, 2011, at 10:00 A.M. at the Wahkiakum County Courthouse, 64 Main Street, 3rd floor Public Meeting Room, Cathlamet, Washington, sell one (1) parcels of real property described and attached to the Minimum Bid Sheet, (copies of which are available at the Treasurer's office), to the highest and best bidder for cash, to satisfy the full amount of taxes, interest and costs adjudged to be due.
