The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

On February 24, 6 to 8 p.m., the Tsuga Gallery will host an open house and artists' reception. The gallery opened in late November during a total remodel of the 100-year-old building.

Now work on the main gallery is complete, and the open house is an opportunity to introduce the new gallery and member artists to the community.

The Tsuga Artists' Association now has by-laws and a corporation status and membership is open to area artists. Those interested can stop by the gallery to obtain an information packet.

The open house will have food, refreshments and live music; the gallery is located at 70 Main Street in Cathlamet.
