REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR

SECRETARIAL AND BOOKKEEPING SERVICES FOR WAHKIAKUM FIRE PROTECTION

DISTRICT #4, WAHKIAKUM COUNTY, WA

 Wahkiakum Fire Protection District #4 of Wahkiakum County, Washington, is seeking proposals from companies or individuals interested in providing secretarial and bookkeeping services.

 SCOPE OF WORK shall include, but is not limited to, performing the secretarial and bookkeeping services for the Fire District. These services will be provided at 13 Boege Road, Cathlamet, Washington on an as needed basis under the direction of the Fire Chief. A copy of the job description may be obtained by contacting the Fire District by telephone at (360) 431-7647 or by mail at P.O. Box 766, Cathlamet, WA 98612.

 Experience with Quickbooks and knowledge of or ability to learn BARS coding is preferred. Proposals will be accepted by mail no later than 5:00 p.m., July 31, 2012.
