NOTICE OF EXISTENCE OF

SMALL WORKS ROSTER

AND SOLICITATION OF CONTRACTORS

FOR INCLUSION ON SUCH ROSTER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wahkiakum maintains a General Small Works Roster pursuant to the provisions of Section 39.04.155 of the Revised Code of Washington. The General Small Works Roster may be used to secure price quotations and to award contracts for the construction of public works projects less than $100,000.00 in value.

Contractors who desire to have their names placed or maintained on the above-described General Small Works Roster need to contact the Wahkiakum County Building and Planning Department at P.O. Box 97, Cathlamet, WA 98612 or FAX No. (360) 795-0342 for an application.

Wahkiakum County assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and as amended, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 (P.I. 100.259) be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.

Small Works Roster shall be valid from November 1, 2013 through December 31, 2014.

Contractor's failure to resubmit Small Works Roster form may result in removal from Roster. Therefore, interested contractors are encouraged to submit current information.
