Longtime Cathlamet resident Gerald Knowles, 85, died October 26 at St. John Medical Center in Longview. A funeral service will be held Friday, November 1 at Dowling Chapel in Cathlamet at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery with military honors. Dowling Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A full obituary will follow at a later date.
