NOTICE OF THE TAX JUDGMENT SALE

  Public notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order of Default, Judgment of Foreclosure, and Order of Sale of the Superior Court of the County of Wahkiakum, State of Washington, duly issued by the Court, entered the 4th day of November 2013, in proceedings for the foreclosure of tax liens upon real property, as per provisions of law, I shall, on the 13th day of December 2013, at 10:00 A.M. at the Wahkiakum County Courthouse, 64 Main Street, 3rd floor Public Meeting Room, Cathlamet, Washington, sell three (3) parcels of real property described and attached to the Minimum Bid Sheet, (copies of which are available at the Treasurer's office), to the highest and best bidder for cash, to satisfy the full amount of taxes, interest and costs adjudged to be due.

Those portions of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4 SE1/4) of Section Twenty Three (23), Township Eight (8) North, Range Six (6) West of the Willamette Meridian, described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section, North 01° 12' East, 1,745 feet from the Southeast corner of said Section; thence North 01° 12' West, 99.33 feet; thence South 88° 22' 47" West, 181 feet, more or less, to the center of a small slough; thence Southeasterly along the centerline of said slough to a point which bears South 35° West, 58 feet, more or less, from the point of beginning; thence North 35° East, 58 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; TOGETHERWITH an appurtenant driveway easement providing for access to and from the State Highway across Tract "A" of Plat of Section 24, Township 8 North, Range 6 West of the Willamette Meridian, filed for record April 23, 1979, under Auditor's File No. 31822, in Volume 46 of Deeds & Mortgages, page 504, records of Wahkiakum County, Washington.

Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section, North 01° 12' West, 1,844.33 feet from the Southeast corner thereof; thence continuing North 01° 12' West along said East line, 30 feet; thence South 8° 22' 47" West, 210 feet, more or less, to a point in the centerline or thread of a small slough; thence Southeasterly along the centerline or thread of said small slough, 40 feet, more or less, to a point which bears South 88° 22' 47" West, 181 feet, more or less, from the point of beginning; thence North 88° 22' 47" East, 181 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; TOGETHERWITH an appurtenant driveway easement providing for access to and from the State Highway across Tract "A" of PLAT OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 8 NORTH, RANGE 6 WWM, as per plat thereof recorded in Book "A" of Plats, page 40, records of Wahkiakum County, Washington, said easement being filed for record April 23, 1979, under Auditor's File No. 31822, in Volume 46 of Deeds & Mortgages, page 504, records of Wahkiakum County, Washington.

That portion of Government Lot Five (5), in Section Eighteen (18), Township Nine (9) North, Range Seven (7) West of the Willamette Meridian; being that portion thereof described in deeds filed for record July 25, 1908, under Auditor's File No. C97, in Volume "L" of Deeds, page 37, and filed for record November 11, 1907, in Volume "K" of Deeds, page 446, records of Wahkiakum County, Washington; EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion conveyed to Robert T. Heaton by deed filed for record June 25, 1971, under Auditor's File No. 25948, in Volume 29 of Deeds, page 656, records of Wahkiakum County, Washington.
