NOTICE OF SALE

OF

SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed bids will be received by the Wahkiakum County Public Works Department, Wahkiakum County Courthouse, 64 Main Street, Cathlamet, Washington 98612, until 5 P.M., the 10th day of January, 2014 and shall then be publicly opened and read in the Commissioners' Public Meeting Room on January 14, 2014 at 9:45 am for the sale of the following described surplus property:

One (1) 1972 Chevrolet Truck, one (1) Columbia Dump Box, one (1) 2004 Ford Crown Victoria, one (1) 2005 Ford Crown Victoria, one (1) 2003 Chevrolet Silverado, and one 1967 Rosco Roller.

All sales shall be for cash and shall be final. An advanced viewing and inspection shall be held on Tuesday, January 7th, 2014, from 12:oo PM to 3:00 PM at the Wahkiakum County Road Shop #1 located at 73 Elochoman Valley Rd., Cathlamet, Washington. The following items have an established minimum acceptable bid:

1972 Chevrolet Truck Minimum Bid: $500.00

Columbia Dump Box Minimum Bid: $500.00

2004 Ford Crown Victoria Minimum Bid: $1000.00

2005 Ford Crown Victoria Minimum Bid: $1000.00

2003 Chevrolet Silverado Minimum Bid: $500.00

1967 Rosco Roller Minimum Bid: $500.00

All bids must include name, address, phone numbers, bid amount, item being bid upon, and a signature in a sealed envelope with the name of the item being bid upon clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. The successful bidder shall be required to remove said property from its present location. A full prospectus and/or additional information regarding this sale are available from the office of the Wahkiakum County Treasurer, Wahkiakum County Courthouse, P.O. Box 85, Cathlamet, Washington 98612.
