The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

Traditional hunter education classes will be held at the Cathlamet Fire Hall beginning August 1.

All hunters born after January 1, 1972 must complete a hunter education course to purchase a hunting license.

Participants must register online for the classes at my.register-ed.com.

Classes will be held in the DeBriae Room of the Cathlamet Fire Hall with the following schedule:

· Saturday, Aug. 1, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

· Monday, Aug. 3, 6-8 p.m.

· Tuesday, Aug. 4, 6-8 p.m.

· Saturday, Aug. 8, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
