The next meeting of the Bald Eagle Days Planning Committee is set for Wednesday, May 18, at 4:30 p.m., at the Scarborough Meeting Room, 102 Main Street, Cathlamet.

Chamber members and community members are all encouraged to attend the meetings and join the 2016 planning committee.

Responsibilities will include determining this year’s theme, Grand Marshal, family activities, kids activities, and more.

They are also seeking musicians for “Music on Main Street” all day Saturday. Preference will be given to local musicians. If interested, submit by email a video link or mp3 file of your performance for review, to wchamber@cni.net. Include your fee amount for a one-hour set or two 45-minute sets. The deadline for submission is June 1 and selections will be determined by June 14.

Bald Eagle Days 2016 will be held July 15-16.
