ASOC performance to be held June 29-30

 


The Astor Street Opry Company will present Junior Shanghaied “A Night at the Olios!” June 29-30 at the ASOC Playhouse, 129 W. Bond Street in Uniontown, Astoria. These performances feature a dozen ASOC Youth Performers ages eight to 17.

Directed by Ashley Mundel with Music Direction by ChrisLynn Taylor, ASOC Junior Shanghaied “A Night at the Olio’s” is an old ASOC tradition of song, dance and comedy, all in traditional American musical hall theatre style, with young performers.

All acts and performances will be appropriate for families and children. Performances are Saturday June 29 at 7 p.m., and Sunday June 30 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $5 in advance or $7 at the door.

Also available during the show: Popcorn, soda pop, candy, coffee, tea and baked goods.
