The Wahkiakum County Eagle - Established as The Skamokawa Eagle in 1891

Roy was born in Auburn, WA on January 19, 1945, to Violet & Frank Tracy. Roy was the third of six children. After a lengthy illness and surrounded by his loving family he joined his beloved savior, Jesus Christ, on July 5, 2023.

Roy was proceeded in death by his mother & father, Violet & Frank Tracy, brother Richard Tracy and sister Juanita Hyatt.

Roy is survived by his beautiful, devoted wife of 57 years, Donna K. Tracy, his two amazing incredible sons and their wives, Edward Leroy Jr (Lee)/Renae Tracy, Michael Ray/Michelle Tracy, sister Darlene Thomlinson, brothers Michael and Gary Tracy, 5 grandchildren, Tyler, Malyssa, Devin, Mitchell and Heather, 2 great grandchildren, Raylee and Roy and countless friends and family.

Roy was a long-time resident of Skamokawa, WA and prior to his retirement he owned and operated a local business in Tacoma, WA. He also severed our country in the United States Army.

A celebration of Roy’s life will be held at the Lighthouse Christian Center, 3409-23rd St. SW, Puyallup, WA 98373 at 1:00 pm on Friday, July 21, 2023.
