Annual poetry edition part 2 submissions are open

The Eagle will run a two-part poetry edition, this week, Feb. 22, and next, Feb. 29.
Guidelines:
The submission deadline for next week’s poetry issue is Monday Feb. 26 at 5 p.m.
Any resident of Wahkiakum County or any subscriber to The Eagle, regardless of home address may submit.
Please submit up to three poems. The Eagle will select one of them. All poets will be published.
Maximum length of poem: 32 lines
To submit, please email poems to brandon@waheagle.com. No PDFs, please. A Microsoft Word document is ideal, or simply cut and paste the poem into the email body.
All submissions must include the poet’s full address (will not be printed), phone number (will not be printed), and their name as they would like it printed in the paper.
