To The Eagle,
This year marks the 40th anniversary of St. James Family Center, a milestone we are celebrating with a year-long fundraiser to ensure the continued success and growth of this vital community resource.
St. James Family Center is far more than a childcare facility. While it provides high-quality early childhood education and care for our youngest residents, it also plays a critical role in supporting some of our most vulnerable neighbors through The Charlotte House, a program that assists survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
The early years of life are crucial for cognitive, emotional, and social development. The center’s programs ensure that children have a safe, stimulating environment in which to grow and thrive, while their families receive the support they need to create stable, healthy homes.
Supporting St. James Family Center is not only an investment in early education—it is an investment in the health, safety, and well-being of our entire community. It strengthens our workforce, uplifts families, and reflects the values we hold dear.
As we honor 40 years of service, I encourage fellow residents and community leaders to contribute to the year-long fundraiser and advocate for the ongoing support St. James Family Center so clearly deserves.
A heartfelt thank you goes to Maria’s Restaurant for their incredible support during our recent St. James Family Center Night. Thanks to their generosity and the participation of our community, we raised $861.50.
Please watch for more events throughout the year as we continue to celebrate this amazing organization.
