Deadline to Appeal Property Valuations

Property Values mailed - September 8, 2025. Valuations mailed on September 8, and the deadline for appeal is Nov. 7th.

Appeal paperwork is to be filed with the Board of Equalization within 60 days after the Notice of Valuation is mailed. RCW 84.40.038

Late appeals must meet special criteria. See WAC 458-14-056
