NOTICE OF HEARING ON THE 2026 BUDGET

AND NOTICE OF RATE HEARING OF PORT DISTRICT NO. ONE OF WAHKIAKUM COUNTY, WASHINGTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the preliminary budget of Port District No. One of Wahkiakum County, Washington, for the fiscal year 2026, has been filed in the Office of the District at the Elochoman Slough Marina, 500 2nd Street, Cathlamet, Washington.

A copy of said preliminary budget and proposed rates will be furnished to anyone requesting the same who will visit the District's office during the business hours on Mondays through Fridays, exclusive of holidays, or who calls the District Office at 360-795-3501 and requests a copy of the preliminary budget.

The hearing on the budget and a hearing to determine future rate increases will be held at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Port District No. One of Wahkiakum County, Washington, scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. in the DeBriae Meeting Room of the Cathlamet Fire Station at 255 2nd Street, Cathlamet, Washington.

Any person may appear at the hearings and be heard for or against any part thereof. The public is invited to attend the regular meeting of the District, the budget hearing, and the rate hearing.
