PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC MEETING

NOTICE

The Clatskanie Planning Commission will meet for a special meeting on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, upstairs in the Clatskanie Cultural Center. Agenda items include but are not limited to the following: Approval of the minutes of the September 24th, 2024 regular meeting; a Public Hearing will be held to review a request for an approval of the final plat for the subdivision of the lot located on Canyon Dr. (Tax Lot 7417-BB-00203), this lot is being subdivided for the purpose of building 13 single family dwellings.
