Agenda Item: Open Space Application-. 1908 WSR 4 Skamokawa, WA.98647. Based on the owners fulfilling the application requirements and the Open Space Classification requirements outline in RCW Chapter 84.34, the Assessors office recommends approval of the following:

The parcel in question is 5.0 acres, and not currently in an Open-Space program. The parcel is Partially developed. Assessor’s office confirmed it meets Open-Space Tax Agreement definitions under “farm and agricultural conservation land”.
