The woman entered the bank at approximately 3:50 p.m. and handed a note to a teller while trying to distract the other bank employees. Before the regular meeting, a special meeting was held for a hearing on the proposed 2017-18 school operating budget. Made a quick trip to California over the weekend to get my granddaughters home for Father’s Day. We left here at 4 a.m. on Friday morning and it was raining, arriving in Stockton at about 4:30 p.m. to excruciating heat.
