Clam diggers will have an opportunity to dig for razor clams on Copalis Beach over the Christmas holiday if the next marine toxin test confirms the clams are safe to eat, the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) announced Monday. Judge Michael Sullivan November 16, 2015 Donna Buck, of Puget Island, went before a jury on Monday, November 16, 2015 to face charges for bail jumping on a felony. When conflicting information about the time she was to turn herself in came to light, the defense and prosecutor agreed to lower the charge to bail jumping on a misdemeanor.
