    The annual Cathlamet Woman’s Club Tour of Homes and Gardens is set for August 8 from 1-5 p.m. Tickets are $10 and are available from club members and Bank of Pacific, Cathlamet Pharmacy and Tsuga Gallery in downtown Cathlamet and also at any home on the day of the tour. The tour will feature Wahkiakum Community Gardens at Erickson City Park. There are 25 individual plots for local gardeners.     Cathlamet's River Mile 38 Brewing Company has announced changes on the board of directors.     State fishery managers are closing or restricting fishing on more than 30 rivers throughout Washington to help protect fish in areas where drought conditions have reduced flows and increased water temperatures.     On August 3-7, WSU Master Gardeners will host Camp Luqal Luqal in the morning for youth in grades 1-3 from 9 a.m. to noon.     St. James Family Center's Summer Youth Adventure Program has another field trip planned. It will be held at the North Clackamas Aquatic Park on Tuesday, July 21.
