The Washington Prospectors Mining Association has announced the 18th annual Gold, Gem and Mineral Show 2013 will be held at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe on February 23 and 24. Show hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

 Exhibits include displays of gold, silver, jewelry, gems and minerals. Vendors will showcase and demonstrate the latest gold prospecting equipment. Daily door prizes and end-of-show major raffles will give attendees a chance to win gold nuggets and prospecting-related equipment.
