To The Eagle:

Helping Hand Food Bank greatly appreciates the work of the members of Boy Scout Troop 883 who collected about 300 pounds of food donations for “food insecure” families in our community. The food will help to compensate for the high demand that we’re experiencing during this season.

The efforts of Troop 883 are in keeping with that part of the Boy Scout oath that commits: “To help other people at all times…”
