What's happening at the Fair?

Greetings from the fair office! The Cruzin to the fair Car Show was a big hit with 100 cars on the grounds; it was awesome.

The Best of Show Car was Susan Jessee's 1966 Chevy Nova SS it was beautiful. The Kids Choice award went to Mike Tarabochia and the People's Choice went to Ed Stevens. Other winners were Louis A McGill Jr., Dennis Bahneman, Brian Wilson, Mark Mcgill, Mike Tarabochia, Rich Newman, Jason Smith, Perry McClung, Paul Siminis, George Paradis, Larry Bostain, Glenn & Vicki Wiest, Fred Barth, Leon D. Trafelet, Dale Heiner, Kele Kuanoni, Jack Hilton and Mike & Christa Miller. Thank you to everyone who entered.

We have the weekly farmers market every Saturday from 9 a.m., to 1 p.m., if you are interested please call the office. We also do the Junk in the Trunk; both are free of charge.

Next big event at the fairgrounds is the 2nd Annual Mud Wrestling.This year it will include some peewee classes. For more information call the office. It will be held July 14 (Friday night of Bald Eagle's weekend) starting at 3:30 in the afternoon. Later that night at 7 p.m., we will have a Shania Twain tribute band take the stage. So mark your calendars; you don't wanna miss these events. The cost is only $15 for both events and tickets are on sale now from fair foundation members and at the Duck Inn.
