    A 12-person jury found that a former Cathlamet man is a violent sexual predator who should be detained despite having completed sentences for his crime.     Nina Lou Watson was born on July 9, 1931 in Argura, North Carolina to Mitchell and Sadie Melton. She passed away on March 16, 2013 at the Hospice Care Center. At age 16 she married R.O.
