Lori Scott is challenging incumbent Carlton Appelo for the seat on the Port District 2 board of commissioners that he's held since the district was formed.     Judy Lee (Heagy) Houk died May 25, 2011 in Bend Ore. She was born on May 22, 1940 in Seattle to Errol and Betty (Freeman) Heagy. At two years old, Judy, her father, her new mother Jean and brothers Dennis Lewis and Dennis Errol moved toward the Columbia River region. Her father, Errol working in the ship yards during WWII. With the addition of a new little brother, Steve, the family migrated to Skamokawa where Errol and his brother began a logging business.
