Stella Lutheran Chapel will hold its annual Harvest Festival and Dinner from 4-6 p.m. on November 16. All are welcome. The "Deck the Hall" Holiday Open House runs November 29-December 15 this year. A Catworks company excavator hoists a concrete block that will shore up a sliding slope along Loop Road. Wahkiakum County Public Works Director Pete Ringen said Wednesday that the retaining wall is nearly complete.
