Last week, Wahkiakum Mule baseball player Tanner Collupy was selected as a WIAA Athlete of the Week. The senior was honored by the WIAA after he pitched a complete six inning game during a double header at Morton/White Pass on March 20th. The Wahkiakum High School Mules Baseball Team recently partnered with the baseball apparel and lifestyle company Baseballism for a team fundraiser. Baseballism hosted hundreds of programs from across the country for their “Fundraiser February” campaign. The company assigned codes for programs to distribute. Mule Wrestler Lilian Hale is the first girl to place at the state wrestling tournament in Wahkiakum High School history, according to Coach Ross Lofstrom.
