The Wahkiakum Mule volleyball team finished second in the Mossyrock Tournament last weekend. The Mules also lost a Central League match 3-0 to Adna on September 16 and 3-1 to Mossyrock on Tuesday. A wet night proved to be to the Wahkiakum Mules' liking as they dominated the Winlock Cardinals for an 18-2 Central League football win last Friday. The Wahkiakum High School Cheerleaders recently returned from a National Cheerleaders Association summer camp. The camp was held at The Great Wolf Lodge and attracted over 400 cheerleaders from the surrounding states.
